Creating a Personality Quiz Form

Creating a personality quiz with Fluent Forms is simple and intuitive. The Quiz Module allows you to provide text-based answers and categorize users based on their responses.

This article will guide you in creating a successful Personality Quiz Form with fluent forms.

Enabling the Quiz Module

First, go to Integrations from the Fluent Forms Navbar, search for Quiz Module through the search bar, and get the Quiz Module.

Now, turn on the Toggle to enable the Quiz module.

Create Your Quiz Questions

Now, use the Radio Field to craft your quiz questions. For each question, provide multiple answer options. Then, customize each question and its options by clicking on Input Customization.

Add a Quiz Score Field

Add the Quiz Score Field from the Advanced Fields section to enable result calculation.

Configure Personality Quiz Settings

Once the quiz score field is added, open the input customization of the quiz score field. Now, set the Score Type to Personality Quiz.

Define Personality Types and Answer Values

Once the Personality Quiz mode is activated:

• On the left side, add your Personality Types, and you'll define the results associated with each type.

• On the right side, assign each answer option a value that aligns with a personality type.

This mapping helps Fluent Forms calculate which personality type best fits the user based on their selections.

Configure Quiz Settings

Now, configure the Quiz Settings. Go to your form's Settings and Integration tab. Then, click Quiz Settings to access quiz options. After that, enable the quiz by checking the Enable Quiz Module checkbox.

Using the Radio Field, ensure all your questions are included and correctly configured. Then, click Save Settings button to confirm your configuration.

Once your quiz is set up, Publish the form on a page or post. Then, your users will see a series of questions. After form submission, the personality results will be displayed based on their answers.
