How to Manage Integration Feeds

An integration feed sends a form's submission data to a connected app, such as an email marketing tool or a CRM. This guide shows you where to find the feeds of a form and how to copy, edit, enable, or delete a feed. You will also learn how to copy a feed to create a similar one without starting from scratch.

Open the Integration Feeds of a Form

  • Go to Forms from the Fluent Forms Navbar.
  • Select your form and click Settings.
  • Click Configure Integrations from the left menu.

The All Form Integrations page lists every feed of the form. Each row shows the feed Status, the Integration, the Title, and the Actions you can take.

To create a new feed, click Add New Integration and select the integration from the dropdown list.

Copy an Integration Feed

Copy a feed when you need a similar feed for the same form. For example, you can send the same submission to another list or apply different conditional logic.

  • Find the feed you want to copy on the All Form Integrations page.
  • Click the Copy Icon in the Actions column. The tooltip reads Duplicate integration feed.
  • The feed settings open with all the values already filled in.
  • Change the Name and any other setting you need.
  • Click Save Feed.

Fluent Forms creates a new feed. The original feed stays the same.

NOTE

Copy a feed only within the same form. Field mappings use the fields of that form, so check the Map Fields section after you change anything.

Enable, Edit, or Delete a Feed

  • Enable or disable: Use the toggle in the Status column to turn a feed on or off without deleting it.
  • Edit: Click the Settings Icon in the Actions column to change the feed settings, then click Save Feed.
  • Delete: Click the Trash Icon in the Actions column to remove a feed you no longer need.
